Hi, Thank you to bring this onThis is really works.. I have been trying out the method for exactly one week now. The good news is that my skin is really getting better (not only these current red spots also these old redness marks are getting lighter as well). I will say that I am on the stage where my skin is really dry now and I am thinking to keep doing the treatment for several days more depends on how the redness lighting up
@cordlieb Panoxyl is good.. but depending on your acne you might need some more severe medication.
may i suggest benza-clin, differin, retin-a, or any other kind of benzoyl peroxide or trenitoin gel.
i dont use exactly the same products, but the same idea in theory always works when i have a bad breakout and i swear by it!

@jrc93078 It broke me out w/ cystic acne overnight! literally overnight! I thought maybe it’s just trying to push all the gunk out of my pores or If I’m allergic to salicylic. Had to stop.
I’m currently using 10% panoxyl but in a pea size amount. Just started yesterday, hope this works. Don’t know if I can use that whole strip because I’m currently nursing. Anyway, will update.

do you do this once a day or twice like in morning after shower and at night b4 bed?
I had acne issues in university and did the same things you did. You’re right: expensive doesn’t mean effective. The main thing that helped was changing my cleanser to cetaphil. I was using ones previous to that with benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid and it would irritate my skin. And be gentle. I used to put so much medicinal ingredients to get rid of acne when my the skin wanted to do was naturally calm down.
I’ve used Cetaphil for years but haven’t really noticed a difference, I went to using the acne line from Dermalogica..awesome stuff! You should try it, its pricey but its good if you have uber sensitive skin like myself =)
ceta[hil products are the best i use the mosturizer and cleanser and theyre just great..love it…i dont have acne but i still have some little red tiny bumps that bug me so im gonna try oxy 10…thanx so much

Is it ok to peel it off?
I’m doing exactly the same thing as you did and i’m on the process of peeling. I’ve used sunscreen and such but the peeling is still on the obvious. Is it ok to peel it off? Thx and i love all of your vids..*wink*
the same thing happened to my face, im on an antibiotic now and its gone but i do still havde the red dots and purple spots. do u have any tips to get rid of them faster. thx

3 step prog suckssss….its where my serious acne prob start!! exactly like u! and i bought cetaphil like what u said, stop moisturiser and wuteva product…and now my skin is clear…omg…i luv u so much…and we got the same skin prob n solution =) THX A LOT!!
BP can do wonders but unfortunately it’s also a powerful irritant. I became allergic to it within two years of use and had to switch products. I haven’t found anything since that works as well but I’m glad it has worked for others.
