If you consider using this product, you’re probably having severe facial skin condition. If so, please don’t use it since if your skin’s going worse, it’s much harder to recover than normal skin.
I’ve been using the combination 4 products (4 steps in 1 box) of University Medical for severe acne and my skin is improved. But actually I just need the wash in the combo 4 (the first step), and it’s a waste of money to buy all of them. So I think this wash has exactly what the first step in the combo 4 offers. Therefore I’ve tried using it in a week, and now, it takes me more than 2 weeks to clean up the disaster it left! My face turned red like an apple (if you want it’s described specifically!) with “more than severe” acne every where, and it’s extremely hurt whenever touched or washed.
I can’t believe that! I am a student and I have to skip a lot of classes last week just because I don’t want to show up this face to all my friends. A professor sent me a warning letter concerning my lack of attending class.
This product simply gave me the most painful experience.
As I said before, be considerate to try new product since your skin is sensitive and thus it’s harder to clean up the disaster than normal skin.

This product is a welcome alternative which cuts through the oil and does not turn my face red. I use this with an additional item that is left on for all day/night treatment which has a low dose of same active ingredient.
After trying other facial cleansers from no-names to the major brand-names, the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide always turned my face red regardless if it was used as a cleanser or the final step lotion. Regardless of the strength or the manufactures instructions to use less frequently to compensate for the redness, benzoyl peroxide still dried out my skin and turned it red to the point of being chapped.
To the contrary, this AcneFree item does the trick as advertised as a facial wash without over drying. Helps to dry out the oily/greasy pores which would otherwise turn into more pimples. Worried that this product might become obsolete at its low cost compared to others (major brand names which use the same active ingredient, high cost, small portion), I’m stocking up on this item.

Ok im currently a college student and have had bad acne since highschool. tried MANY(at least 8-9) different facial cleaners. This is the ONLY one that worked. if course if your arent allergic to the ingredients, i think this may be the best one out there. this products really dries out your skin but you should apply a moisturizer after using it. this is the product to help you get rid of acne!. and no i dont work for this company. im REALLY impressed with this product, so impressed i stocked up 4-5 bottles of this stuff

I didn’t know how good I had it with 3-4 bumps. After 2 uses, I had a red swollen rash all over my face! It literally burnt my face like a chemical burn. Where my face burnt the most was rough and beginning to peel. My face was feverish and water even burnt my face. My eyes and the bridge of my nose was swollen. I didn’t want to leave the house. All I could do was wait it out. I hardly knew what to do to help my situation. DO NOT USE unless you have very tough skin and what I have described is better than what your skin is like now. BEWARE and Know what you are dealing with!
