I have pretty bad acne on my face. The pimples range from large, to black heads, to white heads, and hurt a lot of the time. I don’t eat a lot…

I have oily-ish skin and some acne on my forehead.
Currently, I use Neutrogena Oil free deep clean and clean and clear astringent, but they suck and dont work for me.
any recommendations?
